(I) Arrangements have been made for home stays in the Vyas Valley to accommodate all participants and visitors. The villages selected for these home stays include Jollingkang, Kuti, Rongkong, Nabi, Gunji, Napalchyu, Garbiyang, and Budi. These home stays will be allocated based on the purpose of your visit and the run category, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
(II) The rate for a home stay is fixed at Rs 1,000 per bed per person, plus applicable service charges across all locations within Vyas Valley. This rate includes a simple breakfast and dinner provided at the stay. Lunch arrangements can also be made at an estimated cost of Rs 200 to Rs 250 per head.
This thoughtfully planned accommodation setup guarantees affordable, convenient, and comfortable lodging for all runners and visitors. By utilizing local home stays, the organizers foster community participation while promoting sustainable tourism within the Vyas Valley region. This helps visitors enjoy a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the local economy.
(III) A sufficient number of SUVs and taxis have been secured by the organizers to provide safe and efficient transport to the event venue. Transport costs—whether per person or for full taxi bookings—have been finalized after consultation with the taxi owners’ union, preventing price exploitation or transport shortages. Our customer care team and volunteers will contact participants individually to assist with travel plans; please cooperate with them to ensure a smooth process.
(IV) Volunteers and vendor partners are extending help to organize comfortable and economical travel and accommodation for participants traveling from Haldwani, Kathgodam, Tanakpur, New Delhi, Pithoragarh, and Dharchula. If you have not yet submitted your travel plan via the provided Google form, please do so promptly. Groups and batches are being organized based on submissions to arrange cost-effective and comfortable journeys. Your cooperation in this process is greatly appreciated.
