This Terms & Conditions page governs the use of the Adi Kailash Parikrama Run platform, including marathon registrations, homestay bookings, and transport arrangements provided via the website https://adikailashparikramarun.triptoadikailash.com. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old to register or make bookings. Individuals under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. All information supplied during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
2. Event Registration
Registration is subject to availability and approval by event organizers. Confirmation is sent via email/SMS after payment is received. Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation (see Event Cancellation or Modification).
3. Homestay Bookings
Homestays listed on the platform are partner properties vetted by organizers. Room allocation is subject to availability. Guests must respect local customs and maintain property cleanliness. Guests are responsible for damages caused during the stay.
4. Transport Arrangements
The platform facilitates bookings for authorized transport providers. Timings, fares and routes are displayed on the platform; however, delays due to weather, road conditions or government advisories may occur. Passengers should arrive at pickup points at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made via the platform's secure payment gateway. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST and other government taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment failures will prevent booking confirmation. Users are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Event Registration: Non-refundable once confirmed.
Homestay & Transport: Partial refunds may apply for cancellations within the permitted window (displayed on the booking page). Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants must follow all event rules and instructions from officials. Use of alcohol, illegal drugs or other prohibited substances during the event, travel, or stay is strictly prohibited. Any misconduct may result in disqualification and removal without refund.
8. Health and Safety
Participation requires good health and fitness. Participants are responsible for their medical readiness. The organizers may request a medical fitness certificate. Emergency medical support is provided during the event, but the organizers are not liable for any injury, illness or loss arising from participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
PahadiX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the event organizers are not liable for direct or indirect loss, injury, damage or delay arising from the use of services or participation in the event. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes or road closures.
10. Event Cancellation or Modification
The organizers may postpone, cancel or modify the event due to safety, regulatory or environmental reasons. In the event of cancellation, registration fees (minus administrative charges) may be refunded as per official communication.
11. Data Privacy and Consent
By using the platform you consent to collection and use of personal information for registration, communication and government reporting. Data is handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and reasonable security practices.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, logos and trademarks on this platform are owned by or licensed to PahadiX Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
